radio chipset compatibility concerns

I have two radio chipsets and im trying to determine that althought some of the features of the radios are different is it possible to have them send and receive data between one another? Basically Radio A in my system is obsolete and im trying to find a "compatible" replacement listing the parameters that i think are needed when considereing compatabilty. Please advise.

Radio A Max payload - 64 bytes
Radio B Max payload - 64 bytes

Radio A Datarate - 1Mbps
Radio B Datarate - 1Mbps

Radio A Modulation Scheme - GFSK
Radio B Modulation Scheme - O-QPSK, DSSS

Radio A Channel BW - 1 MHz
Radio B Channel BW - 2 MHz

Radio A Channel Spacing - 1 MHz
Radio B Channel Spacing - 5 MHz

RX sensitivity: comparable
Adjacen channel: comparable
saturation: comparable

Now, you can't. They are different modulation.
