Who know this part number? "ON624 BFK"

In my receiver, there is a diode which part number is "ON624 BFK" or "OM624 BFK", who know this part number?

It's package is about 9mmX6mm.

The component has two pin, one pin connect to GND. The other pin connect to one trace, which trace are shared by +5V power line and RF signals (about 1.2G & 1.5GHz).
I measured with omnimeter, at diode option, black to GND, red to trace, got 988. When Red to GND, black to trace, got infinite.

I think it could be the transient voltage suppressor SMCJ30(C)A manufactured by diodes incorporated. Datasheet available at the following link:
