I'm looking for a schematic which could be used to easily compare two BJT transistors to be able to use them in a linear amplifier for a radio purpose.
Usually I bought two BJT which are with same parameters but now I could not do this and need to find in my collection of medium/high power BJTs two which could be used.

About 40 years ago we paired the transistors for Hfe. So just cobble up a DC low current source and drive 10mA into the base and see how much collector current they take. I've still got a tin of them somewhere which had very low or high gain!

There are some ICs that have matched BJT pairs on a single die.. CA3086 is an old example..
They may help you..
try this
Transistor matching
you can also use something like this,
there is a mistake in the lower circuit of the two shown in the next file, the 10k is missing, you should add it if you use it

Thanks for this info Alex.
