Help with envelope detector in 950 MHz? and a few other questions?

Hi everybody, I'm designing the demod and the mod of an RFID tag for my senior design so these questions will pertain to that. Any and all help will be much appreciated. Let's get started.

I'm trying to construct an envelope detector for demodulating a 950 MHz signal down to 10 MHz. I have attached the ideal diode case and a real diode case. Even with the ideal diode, I'm only getting 20MHz back. I'm not sure how I can adjust the real case to demodulate better. I've tried looking for transistor models and such but nothing I've tried works.

These were done in Multsim but I also have Advanced Design System available to me if someone has a suggestion in that. I tried using ADS at first but I could never get a good simulation going. Is there a way to get a continuous oscilloscope simulation? I could only generate graphs and tables.

Does anyone know a good low power frequency mixer? As you can see in my simulation, I'm using a mixer first to modulate the signal which would be coming in through the antenna. For my design I will need to modulate the signal after it leaves the digital logic circuitry that my groupmate is programming.

Thanks in advance.

Oh nvm about the first question. I found out my index of modulation at 10MHz was .03 so I scaled that to .5 by using 500kHz as my signal frequency. Still would like some help in ADS if anyone knows. As for the mixer, I believe I can use a PMOS transistor, I'm just not sure what to look for or how to really put it together. Here's my basic block diagram.

I understand I need an oscillator, I'm just not sure where to place it.
