calculate values of matching circuit components

Hello to all
I want to know , How to calculate values of inductor and capacitor of matching circuit ?
S11 and S22 of transistor is given at different. How to use it to find above values?
Tell me the procedure to find it from Smith chart ?
or direct calculation.

I can find matching component if Z0 and ZL is given , but don't know using S11 and S22, because only S11 and S22 ig given no characteristic impedace is given.
And one more query , what should be use S11 and S22 or S11* and S22* ?
