Power rating of microstrip line and suspended substrate line

Hello everyone,
I want to know the power rating of the below transmission lines:
1,microstrip line, substrate teflon,1mm thickness,50ohm
2,suspended stripline, thickness of uper and down air layers=4mm, thickness of the center substrate=0.5mm, rogers4003. 50ohm line.
Can the second( SSL)handle power of more than 100W(CW)?
Any tool for calculating?
