i'm doing my final year project on rfid ..... please i need a guidance regarding the rfid reader circuit operated at 125khz....plz post the circuit diagram if available

Clarify wether your project involves just a RFID reader or some thing else except that. If you need a RFID reader at 125Khz, i would suggest you buy these modules which are available in open market intead constructing one. No faculty should question about using a readymade RFID module.

I specifically need a total analog circuit... it is my mandatory requirement... so can u plz help me finding one...

As far as your RFID is transmitting data according to an existing 125 kHz standard, it will go digital. Thus a RFID system can't be totally analog.
