how to construct coil

I need the formula that inculde the number of turns , length ,.. to design a 100uH coil that work in 3 MHz freq. , If there is other formula for other freq. please tell
if there is a tutorial on this ,it will be nice

100 uF? That is a measure of capacitance, not inductance.

alwaleed2 meant 100uh not 100uf.uh stands for microhenry while uf stands for microfarads.
