How to design helix antenna with HFSS9.0?

I want to simulate a helix antenna with HFSS9.0,but I don't konw what to do. Who have HFSS9.0's training files or project examples?

You can download my Helix antenna project files that simulated with Ansoft HFSS V9. this antenna has VSWR<1.5:1 in the 1.25-1.75GHz freq. range with gain of 13.5dBi at 1.5GHz.
