How to select input range of any circuit ? which parameter should consider ?
my circuit consist FETs and passive elements , how to decide input single rage to run my circuit safely ?

the range lies between MDS to max breakdown

you should look after the datasheet of the FET for max input power.
And the min input power is rely on your circuits.
