Circular & Directional Microstrip Antenna Design ?

Help for this design,,, i need to design microstrip antenna with specification dual-band frequency 145MHz and 435MHz, circular polarization and directional with gain 16 dB,,, thanks

You can do with with two feeds, delay one feed by 90° using a hybrid coupler.
If you can get you hands on this book, it will help. "Microstrip and Printed Antenna Design", by Bancroft
