Why do you think we know what substrate thickness you are using?

there are 0.1mm, 0.32mm, 0.5mm, ..., 1mm, ...,1.6mm.Almost any thickness you need, the manufacture can make.

I meant that what's the standard thickness of FR4.seems that volker mentioned some thicknesses.thanks alot

FR-4 Dielectric Constant = 4.5 & Loss Tangent = 0.021
Standard FR4 thickness are 0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.5 and 1.6 mm.
