generate diode model in ads from DC IV curve

I got I-V curves of a MIM diodes from experiment. How can I generate a diode model in ads? Thanks a lot!

All I got is the I-V curve. Can I extract those model parameters from only I-V curve?

You can get some some paramaters from I-V curve right?
See the pdf attached in the link.
They also have made some assumptions.
I think you need to do the same.

I have one suggestion:
see what material & packaging your diode have.

Try to find some equivalent component & use its datasheet & model as reference for you.

Your problem can be sorted out only by comparision I guess.
