Direction of arrival estimation (direction finding algorithm) in antenna array

I am working on simultion of the direction of arrival estimation using antenna array. Since i am new in this area can any one suggest to me which software to chose and also which algorithm to use for simulation as i have to complete the simulation in one month. Any helpful suggestion please post.
