WISP RFID-Based Battery-Free Programmable Sensing Platform- PCB Hardware Doubts

We would like to work with this platform developed by Sample, Yeager,&Al (http://wisp.wikispaces.com/).

We want to redesign the PCB to made it in 2 layers FR4. (4 layers increase the cost for us, because of the outsourcing)

I download the cam files for Altium. The problem is that when opening everything in Altium, an compaling the schematic, it gives me up to 6 errors, that I don't know how to solve.

I would like to know if somebady is usign the same platform, if files zip as Version WIS 4.1DL, if they also find error when compiling and how to solve them.

Two avoid the errors:
-change Supervisor port to I/O Unespecified

In altium Project> Project Options, change Port not linked to parent sheet symbol from error to warning.

There will not be more errors in compiling the schematic files.
