Need Help on Transformers Simulation with HFSS！

Hello，everyboy！I encounter some problems to be solved when I simulate a transformer model with HFSS.
1.S parameters are not correct as with S11 and S21@2.4GHz.How can I adapt the model to meet my requirements？
2.If some model has six or more port，how should I do the simulation with Two-port theory？
Two HFSS files on Transformer are listed as attachments.I sincerely appreciate your help to deal with my problems.！
