RF amplifier in Advanced Design Systems

Hi,
I want to make a RF amplifier circuit in ADS at a frequency of 1800 MHz.
Could anyone please help me up with a schematic?

You can find some application note in say Avago, Macom, Maxim websites.
If you have problems, we can help you. But your work should be done by yourself.

Actually i needed a schematic of a 1.8Ghz Power amplifier as i am doing a project in ADS on GSM Band Jammer Circuit.
So if anyone could help?

if you are using ADS. check the examples for the same. or else motorola MRF parts have schematic for 1.8GHz which you can draw yourself in ADS. you get the MRF part models also online for ADS.
