enquiry for S11 parameter and resonant frequency

I was unable to get lower resonant frequency (2.9 GHz), higher resonant frequency at 4.19 GHz and 5.1 GHz for my Printed Double-T monopole Antenna. Please advise how to investigate the s11 for small changes in the dimensions of the antenna. How do I know whether my design is working fine or not ?
Please refer to my design specification and calculation part of antenna design and three frequencies.
