amplifier stability problem

Hi,everyone. when we design amplifier, we must consider the oscillation. we usually use the nyquist criterion and K factor to simulate the circuit. so what do you think about the relation between the nyquist criterion and k factor? These two parameters are based on same point or not? thank you.
