How to choose two tones for IP3 simulation (PSP+PAC) in Cadence Virtuoso for Class E power amplifier operating at 433MHz?

Shall I set 10MHz as fundamental frequency and choose 420MHz and 450MHz as two tones? Thanks.

For IP3, you should use PSS and a generator with 2 tones.
For 433 MHZ, you can choose 430 and 433 MHz so your beat frequencies will be 427 MHz and 436 MHz that are in-band around your main carriers..
Don't drive your circuit too strong otherwise the simulation will not be correct. Drive fairly for instance until P1dB-20dB ..

The beat frequency is the greatest common divisor of two input tones, right? How come it is 427MHz and 436MHz? Since the 3rd harmonics are 2f1-f2 and 2f2-f1, so you probably mean the 3rd harmonics right? In the PSS setup window, if the beat frequency is calculated, it is 1MHz in Cadence Spectre.

I mean 2F1-F2 and 2F2-F1 being as "beat frequencies"..
In my case, minimum common frequency will be of course 3MHz.
You can also do a transient simulation then DFT, that is more accurate...

Class E is very nonlinear. It should be only used for constant amplitude signals such as MSK and generating energy for industrial processes.
