why cascode structure is not used in PA applications?

Hi Guys
It looks like most of the power amplifier use one transistor structure. What is the disadvantages of cascode structure in PA applications? I thought the cascode structure can improve stability, increase the bandwidth of the amplifier. Why is it not used for PA applications?

less voltage swing, and power lost in a fixed resistor to the power supply.

They are used with CMOS transistors for low and moderate power levels.
But at higher power levels, single ended and push-pull configurations are more convenient.
