impact factor of PIER Letters 2009 and 2010?

Please, i need the SCI impact factor of PIER Letters journal for 2009 and "or" 2010!

You guys are talking about different ranking agency.

In the agency where PIER rank 3.7, IEEE_TAP ranked 3.1...

Further, the Impact factor is just a factor about citation... it relates with quality but doesn't represent the quality.

For some field like "space-craft control", the impact factor of the IEEE trans on it is not high but it is very difficult to be accepted.
The low impact factor on that Trans is because very few people doing that topic.
