microstrip coupled filter (odd, even impedance, width and spacing)

i've been trying to build an odd, even graph for microstrip coupled filter with 2.2 dielectric to obtain its design width and spacing. but failed. did anyone can help me regarding this matter? by providing any info or references? is there any other way for me to obtain its design width and spacing? i've already obtain it's odd and even impedance but then i get stuck...
