AWR microwave office to ADS

Dear members,

I am using a transistor a model in Microwave Office and I would like to use it in ADS. Assuming that the AWR model is based on EEHEMT model from AWR, I am wondering if this is technically possible.

Could you please explain me the process to do that?

In ADS, there is a model-box for EEHEMT model.All you should do, to fill out the parameter fields with appropriate values coming from model itself..
