CMOS transformer creation (6-port)

Dear all,

I have tried to see the ASITIC document. It seems the ASITIC just could create the 4-port cmos transformer. Moreover, I have tried to use the C@dence VPCM software. However, it could only create the 1:1 cmos 6-port transformer. Could anyone introduce any simple software could create 1:n 6-port transformer? As I know the HFSS or IE3D could create it. However, it is expensive and too complicate to use it. I just want to create the circuit in a quick time and get a preliminary result first.

You may try Sonnet. For academic institutions, it costs a fraction of amount. Also, Sonnet Lite v13 is free and have twice the memory limit than previous versions.

Isn't your 6-port transformer just a 4-port transformer with center taps? That should be easy to create if you already have the 4-port transformer.
