How to find the W1, W2, W3 ,L values for M3CLIN for LPF of RICHARD SON'S method.

Dear sir,
I am designing the LPF of Richardsson method, I don't know , how to find the values of W1,W2, W3 and L of LOW PASS FILTER for the Richard's son method. I am herewith attaching the SCEMATIC and LAYOUT diagrams for the LPF.

I am expecting the following values,

for cutoff frequency f=1.5GHz, S-parameter values as follows.

S(1,1)DB S(2,1) DB

-3.1084 -3.0946

for insertion loss at f=2.5 GHz , S- parameter values as follows
S(1,1) DB S(2,1) DB

-0.070553 -34.779.

pleaes can u help somebody to get above results and width values of M3CLIN.
