Options for summer internships for master students

Dear all,

I am new to this forum and I am not aware of many rules around. Excuse me if this is not the right place to ask my query.

I am a masters student at TU Delft and I am interested in RF IC design. I would like to do a research internship this summer to get some valuable experience. I am not sure if applying to companies for internships would offer me research exposure or not. Hence, I am looking for places like IMEC. Please suggest some research labs like imec that work on wireless or wireline communication ICs.
