RF switch device width

I am designing RF switch.
And need advice about how switch device width is decided.

I think that the switch width is going to depend on the power handling required and isolation level. The wider the switch is, higher the power handling but lower the isolation in OFF-state.

Then please advise the device width you are using and how much power it's handling?
