Hello. I wanted to amplify frequencies in the range of 150 Mhz. I searched the net and I found PN3563. But the problem is that this model is not available in the stores. What should I do? Is there any other similar transistor?
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.
For example please find some RF bipolar transistors in the attached list:
Transistor selection from Infeon RF Transistors: Low noise amplifier up to 2.5 GHz - Infineon Technologies
Or search for RF transistor on companies websites and find them at your local stores
PN3563 equivalent type is 2N3563
