hi all
I'd like to make some low cost SPDT switch for frequency range 900 to 2500 mHz.using MMIC SPDT switchs is expensive for me.do you have any suggestion for that?
thanks in advance

While there are low-cost MMICs available, by Skyworks, MAXIM, Mini Circuits and many others, you can try to build yours.
You can use PIN diodes, check Philips products and data sheets. Over 0.9-2.5 GHz, you can as well use a keyed HEMT transistor, but you do not indicate signal level- this can be critical.
