I am de-embeding a interconnect , and I just have a open port measure data( no thru and short data)
First change Sopen to Yopen, and Ydeembed=Ymeasure-Yopen ,
change Ydeembed to s-parameter Sdeembed , is this method right?
And then I extract the RLCG from the result ,but it shows that the conductor "G" is negative ,
Is there any other de-embeding method just using this open port data?
Thank you very much!

No, this method doesn't work. You cannot remove an interconnect with your calculation.
The best thing would be to measure open/short/through.
If that is not possible, then try something approxximate: extract the electrical length (phase) from the open port measurement that you have, and remove that length. However, the electrical length obtained from the open measurement might be wrong. The best thing would be ... see above.
