Need help with CREE CMPA2560025F MIMIC amplifier design

hi all,
i have design a 50W 2.2 to 6GHz amplifier using CREE's CMPA2560025F MIMIC in final blanced stage and CREE's CMPA0060002F in driver stage.
now problem is that i am not getting 50 Watt at 2.2 and 6GHz and even in between drive power has to be above 10dBm at some points.
has some worked with this MIMIC and noticed this problem.. if you haev resolved or know how to over come this please let me know your help will be appreciated.
