Problems when using the cree's CGHV1F006S large signal model

hi, recently I have used cree's CGHV1F006S for a high efficency PA design. However, the large signal model seems abnormal and works not well. I suspect there may be spmethiong wrong with it. SO can someone help me? I will appreciate greatly if a MWO large signal model would be provided（my browser failed in the applying process for third-party cookies issues).

i think the only ppl who can help you is cree. they may model it differently than your use case. for example, the bandwidth of datapoint is 100MHz but you may trying to simulate for 10MHz bandwidth. so please email cree for explanation.
