Non-quasi static resistance in 130nm process

Hi, all
I'm design CMOS detector at 840GHz using 130nm process.
I am not sure if I need to turn nqsmod on (in BSIM3v3) in rf-model card.
In RF-model card, core rf model is done by BSIm3V3 and it is nested as a sub-circuit. So the sub-circuit contains extra resistance such as Rgi, Rgc, and Rch in figure attached.
I guess Rgc as a contact resistace, Rch as a channel resistance but I don't know Rgi.
Initially, I guessed it'd be non-quasi static resistance but it doesn't make sense nqs resistance is added outside of the core model.
Can somebody help me figure out what is Rgi and Should I turn nqsmod on (in BSIMv3) in order to have accurate simulation?
Thanks,
