how to use load pull simulation in design of class E at 60GHz

i have done dc analysis using HBT npn in ADS 2011. iI took Vcc = 5V V

Now i want to find MAx power at 60GHz in classE . Can u plz advvice me how to use source & load pull simulation here

Use "Load Pull Design Guide" ...in 2011.
Change the circuit parameters such as freq. ZL and ZS etc..
But 60 GHz is pretty high to claim an ampifier working at Class-E and that's why you should take all parasitic effects into account.(Layout,bonding,package etc.)
