depends on ur application! microstrip is simpler! but both have their own advantages and disadvantages

Actually CPW is efficient type of feed ,since the fabrication difficult is less than the microstip feed and also if you want to integrate the active componets to your antenna it is difficult with the microstrip. So the CPW is efficient.
