HI all
Due to some mistakes, I forward biasing an photodiode around 1V for 1 minute.
My question is : does this photodiode 100%destroyed?
The photodiode I am using is PDB-C134F and S6967

What was the value of the series resitor ; what was the size of the forward bias current?
series resistor ? following is a TIA. ad8015
and i don't know the forward current...
But you hopefully know the involved circuit and supply voltages. So yo can calculate it.
We know neither and thus can't calculate. E.g. if the input voltage is within the AD8015 supply voltage range, the input current is limited by the 10K conversion resistor.
