Amplifier stabilizing circuit

Hi, I'm using a bfu725 SiGe HEMT at 10GHz an application.

The amplifier is unstable probably because of improper grounding.

Does it mean I could only turn to some stabilizing circuit?

Where can I check out these stabilizing circuit? Thanks

Try to use waveguide boundary.
