Retroreflector options - Optics

Reflectors (use in bikes, traffic signs etc) are essentially corner mirrors that reflect the incoming light back to you. I like to ask are there other kind of reflectors where they collect light and reflect in one direction as opposed to sending light back to where they come from?

The best one is called a corner cube as you mentioned. They are used for survey equipment. Reflectors used in cars and bicycles are simple corner cubes. Road signs tend to use small glass beads. You can buy rolls or sheets of it from people like 3M. Some have more of a patterned surface.

I understand, I also like to ask, the reflectors by nature reflect the light back instead of dispersing it. My question is are there reflectors that collect the light but send it in one general direction as opposed the same way it come.

A good example can be road sign where they collect photons from the 360 angle but send them back only on the direction of the road say 60 degrees viewing angle.
