How to import the Aglient ADS simulated data into IC-CAP as the measured data?

Hi, I want to use the ADS simulated data in the IC-CAP as the measured data (.mdm file). I find ADS can't export the .mdm file. Can anyone tell me how to import the ADS simulated data into IC-CAP?
