Dose anyone know Lindenblad antenna?

Dear all,

I am working on Lindenblad antenna, which can realize very good circular polarization.
But I am still not fully understand how this antenna works and there are few reference about it.
Attached is the photo of a Lindenblad antenna.
Can anyone provide me some references?
