Microstrip slot antenna?

Hi,
do you know something about microstrip slot antenna? Can you help me? Have some book?

I need the type, which is on the picture:

Find Harvey, Microwave Engineering, issued in ~1960, or books on microwave techniques and antennas from that time.
A slot antenna is simply a dual device to a dipole. You can feed it by a coaxial line, microstrip or a waveguide. I used a coaxial line and by trials I found a feed point slightly off center for the best match.

for which frequency u want this?

5GHz, exactly 5.47-5.825 (or 4.9 - 6.1)
