how to design laser driver circuit using transistor ?

I want to design driver circuit for laser diode. my laser is 630nm wavelength and 5mW output power. I want to design a circuit using transistor... so please help me to design...

They are not well drawn, but should give you some ideas. Ignore any circuits which don't use photodiode feedback. There are quite a few simple two transistor circuits there.
