Optimal Driver configuration for GaN MAAM-011167 PA from MACOM

Hi i'm trying to understand what is the best configuration for driving the next MAAM-011167 PA:

- Why there are separate Gates ports? Can we short all Vgg to one supply line (that able to drive all gates) and control by using this line the Id current that will be ~400mA (during no signal at the input)
- Or shall we let all Vgg to operate independently (separate supply line - driver)? What is the difference? Isn't the most important parameter is the Ig driving current? if yes what are the nominal values?
- What is the optimum id current 400mA or 360mA or 250mA when no signal is in the input? Same question but when the PA is in Saturation?, P1dB point?
- What do you except will provide the optimum performance when switching between no input signal to yes input signal ? Vgg stays stable changes a bit or its ok if it does a big change of more than 100mV?
- Can you maybe provide few examples for optimal configurations that we will be able to compare to ours and maybe improve its performance in the design? Some Close loop, Open Loop examples
