Eqivalent Circuit extraction in HFSS

Hi friends

I wants to make an equivalent circuit of a resonator. There is an option in HFSS to exort Eqivalent circuit (Result--> Solution). We can export into spice, but idont know about spice. Is anybody knows about that, which software can open that file, how we can extract eqivalent circuit from that?

Try Q3D circuit extractor from ANSYS

If it's for simulation purpose, you can use nport elements in analogLib to load the s2p file generated by HFSS. HFSS should be able to export s-parameters in touchtone format which is supported by spectre.
