Regarding cmos Differential Buffer

Hi,
I designed Polyphase filter. Its output gives correct phases. After PPF, i designed differential buffer. The buffer output is amplified but not give correct phases i.e gives ± 15 deg phase deviation. or otherwise, normally the buffer output phases will not be correct phases as PPF.?
Plz find where i did a mistake. or any example if u have plz give me.
