Cst help: RESONANT STRUCTURES

Hi,

Can anybody tell me, how to use the transient solver for RESONANT STRUCTURES.

I have kept the accuracy at -40dB.

Its a high Q structure. So I need to see the 3dB band width.

Any suggestions.?
