about ADS simulation

I would like to do a down sampling in my ADS transient simulation. I found on the internet there is a component "DSampleRF" on the web.

How can i get this component?

If you look at component palette, you will see "Timed Linear", it's in this catagorie.
If you didn't configure your ADS as "RF+Ssytem", you should add "System Libraries" in your config file first..
