500W SSPA X-band design

Can you tell me How i design 500W SSPA with 25W PA?

I want to use CMPA5585025F from CREE.

I want to know is this practical with 32*25W PA's make 500W SSPA(with 300W margin!)
Also is there any solution for this problem?
