i m working on a transistor "MA COM PH9086"
it shows negligible output when it is attached in normal fashion but when its input is grounded then it shows the desired output
i cannot understand this thing
why this is happening
can any1 help me out?

Can you show me the schematic that you are referring to ? how do you expect that without schematic , i or the other ones help you ?
